Since most states, it is illegal to sell AirSoft guns to minors, we require all customers to fill out and return our Purchase Waiver. Prior to the release of any order for shipment, our Purchase Waiver must be signed and faxed to our offices. Our fax number is 413-604-6413, and is also found on the waiver form.

We always try to treat our customers as if we were on the other side of the counter. In return, we ask for one simple thing: DON’T BE STUPID!!

You have a lot of rights and privileges as a person, but doing stupid things is NOT one of them. Also, don’t expect us to be responsible for your stupidity. If you do something dumb, accept the consequences of your actions. An example would be shooting someone with one of these guns at very close range. You will hurt them, and then they will hurt you.
